Four things I noticed
before I built anything.

The problem

The $997 ceiling is set by your calendar, not by your audience.

2,600 people follow you on Instagram and 1,441 on LinkedIn. The most expensive thing on your Stan page is the 6-Session Career Sprint at $997, and every sale of it costs you six sessions. Anything above $75 has to come out of your week, so the ceiling only moves when your hours do.

The model, in the abstract

One weekly cohort call does the job of six separate 1:1 programs.

Today each client is one person and six sessions. In a cohort, Translate, Build and Prepare are taught once a week to the whole group, resume and outreach reviews happen in a private community, and your 1:1 time goes to the moments that need you. Your framework stays the same. What changes is how many people it reaches per hour.

The maths

The same audience, at a price that matches what they're buying.

The person who joins isn't buying six sessions. They're buying a tech sales offer on a path to $100K+. At $4,000 (a placeholder we'd settle together), two enrolments a month from a single live webinar is a modest ask of 2,600 followers.

The objection you're already forming

"That sounds like a lot more work." It's the call you already run, made bigger.

High ticket done badly is more 1:1s, and you already have a full-time sales job. Done properly it's one 90-minute group call a week (a bigger version of the 15-minute strategy calls you take now), resume reviews in a private community, and a funnel that runs without you writing a page, an email or an ad.
